Prepare and maintain project cost control plans and budgets.
Track and Monitor actual costs versus budget, analyze variances and identify trends.
Develop cost forecasts and cash flow projections, highlighting deviations.
Coordinate with project teams to validate cost data and implement corrective actions.
Participate in the development of cost control procedures and templates.
Manage cost coding and ensure proper allocation of costs to work breakdown structures.
Analyze committed costs, accruals, and booked cost to identify variances
Monitor CPI, SPI, CV and SV to assess project performance.
Develop and Issue Key Performance Indicators to evaluate cost code allocation, productivity, resource utilization, project performance.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier cost .
Assist with change management by assessing cost impacts of changes.
Conduct cost risk analyses and maintain contingency allocations.
Provide training to junior cost engineers and contribute to the development of cost control systems.
