Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Support
  • Serve as the initial contact for all clients, establishing a positive and professional first impression.
  • Respond promptly to client calls and emails, addressing their questions and concerns within designated timelines.
  • Client Communication & Follow-ups
  • Conduct daily follow-ups through calls, emails, or WhatsApp with clients on their ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
  • Update client interaction and project status in the company’s CRM or relevant software without fail.
  • Order Processing & Actionable Follow-ups
  • Act on new order forms received from the team, ensuring immediate processing and alignment with client expectations.
  • Actively participate in client strategic planning processes, contributing to tailored solutions and service strategies.
  • Report Compilation & Maintenance
  • Compile and maintain client-specific reports for performance tracking, project milestones, and service outcomes.
  • Regularly update client portfolios to reflect current project statuses and other pertinent information.
  • Portfolio Management
  • Oversee a client portfolio of approximately 70-80 clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
