- Greet clients into the shop with a positive and helpful attitude,
- Receive calls and messages for inquiries and pick-up requests,
- Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.
- Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers and customers,
- Provide first-hand information to customers during the inquiry and assist with various front-of-house duties,
- Sort laundry depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so,
- Confirm damages with the customers,
- Make track of customer accounts.
