We are looking to recruit a Sales Representative at our laundry (based in Dubai) to undertake the following:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance service delivery, addressing concerns promptly to foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in the industry.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, follow-up actions efficiently, and report on progress to management.
- Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Apart from the above roles and responsibilities, we will also need the candidate to manage in-house responsibilities for a few days in the week (details will be shared with the selected candidates).
