Operations Manager – PP Woven Bags Factory

• We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee all factory operations, including production (extrusion & printing), maintenance, and quality, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments

  • Manage the full production cycle from extrusion to finished product

  • Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets

  • Coordinate between production, maintenance, and quality teams

  • Lead teams and ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime

  • Performing the duties of the factory manager during his leave
    

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in woven bags or plastic manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of PP woven bag production processes

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
