• Development & Customization:
• Design, develop, and implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Create extensions, integrations, workflows and reports to meet business requirements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules or external systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues in the D365 environment.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
• Best Practices & Standards:
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Stay updated on new D365 features, upgrades, and emerging technologies to enhance system performance.
• Documentation:
• Prepare technical design documentation, Integration specification documentation.
