Job Title: Consultant – Due Diligence and Business Valuation
Location: Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive due diligence to assess the financial and operational health of potential investments or acquisitions.
Perform detailed business valuations using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and clients, clearly articulating complex financial concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities within due diligence processes.
Assist clients in understanding valuation implications for strategic decision-making, financing, and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to due diligence and business valuation.
Mentor and lead junior staff in valuation and due diligence best practices.
