- Responsible for receiving, processing & confirming COD customer orders in system after confirming availability with Supply Chain.
- Monitor backlog orders and inform, follow up status with demand planner and supply planners
- Follow- up on the entire supply chain process to ensure timely supply of products to customers, Handling of customer complaints process until customer satisfaction.
- Preparing Orders & stock requests to branch based on customer orders.
- Planning and preparing quarterly forecasts.: To ensure to have enough stocks to achieve sales target. For fast moving items ensuring we have 4 months buffer stock to serve customer orders.
- Monthly Site Intelligence Promotion inline with HO analytics report- Special promotion to boost sales using site intelligence data. This is to get an update what products or categories customers are viewing the most.
- Listing/Stock out Gap Tracking/ Analysis: To Ensure that all items need to list in each portal are taken care of. If items are not live/ inactive in website then informing the concerned team to take appropriate action.
- Identify and Explore Potential Ecom Beauty Ecom player in the region for online partnership.
- Keep the line manager aligned on for formal collaboration and agreement terms.
- Share New Product Listing update with the online partner periodically and push product listing
- Partner Site Product Listing verification and correction : New Stocks Image/A+Content Correction.
- Prepare Partner Site Product visibility marketing plan and sales analysis
- Prepare Partner SlowMoving/Non Moving SOH inventory and propose clearance plan.
- PrePare Sell-in and Sell Out proposal for partner aging inventory.
- Preparing Monthly Promotion - To boost sales e-commerce site
