About the role:

Ensures accurate billing, revenue recognition, cost booking, and timely collection follow-up. The role requires strong financial understanding, analytical capability, and the ability to support management with clear insights and process improvements.

Billing, Revenue & Cost Validation

•Validate billing and cost entries to ensure accurate revenue and cost booking in the correct GL accounts.

•Review supporting documents (contracts, approvals, service forms) to ensure completeness and accuracy before raising requests in the system

•Confirm that all revenue and cost items are properly reflected in the financial systems.

•Support month-end closing and ensure alignment with Finance.

Collection Operations

•Follow up on outstanding dues with customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes.

•Monitor overdue accounts and ensure proper documentation and escalation where needed.

•Allocate the payment to the correct billing accts as per customer request

•Reconcile payments, adjustments, credit notes, and customer balances.

Reporting & Analysis

•Prepare and analyze collection reports, highlighting trends, risks, and required actions.

•Provide management with clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making.

•Deliver structured dashboards and presentations when required.
