As a Quality Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting patient safety, accreditation readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring across HealthHub Clinics and services. Key Responsibilities Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives. Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data. Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects. Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns. Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service. Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts. Support accreditation activities, including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Coordinate and support quality committees, meetings, minutes, and follow‑up actions. Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies. Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review. Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives. Ensure confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organisational information.
