We are looking for a highly skilled Estimation and Cost Control Engineer for a construction company based in Dubai.

Estimation:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and warehouse construction projects including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop pricing strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate RFQs, BOQs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for technical inputs and value engineering.

Cost Control:

• Develop and monitor project budgets and cost plans from pre-construction through completion.
• Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Generate cost reports and forecast cost-to-completion metrics.
• Identify variances between estimated and actual costs and propose corrective actions.
