✔ Manage international lead times, customs documentation, and import procedures.

✔ Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to align with project schedules.

✔ Work with technical teams to ensure materials meet strict specifications and manage supplier quality/reliability.

✔ Respond promptly to professional emails and handle written dictation/correspondence with stakeholders

✔ Perform accurate data entry and maintain procurement records using ERP systems and MS Office
