Lead the development of accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements and adjust estimates accordingly.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation strategies.
Verifying Subcontractor’s interim payment applications and preparing Subcontractor’s payment Certificates.
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
Prepare detailed project budgets, taking into account all estimated costs, including construction.
Maintain a database of historical cost data to enhance the accuracy of future estimates.
