The job holder is responsible for managing distribution of beverages across assigned Exports markets.

Deliver set targets (sales, executional objectives, collections)

Secure new business while working with the distributor and close private label contracts

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Opening new markets to expand international sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate and close private label contracts and deals with clients and partners, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that resulted in expanding the company's portfolio of products and services with major customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients and partners by consistently providing exceptional customer service and by understanding their needs and goals.
  • Preparing the AOP (Annual Operation Plan) for export/PL Dept.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborated with R&D team to bring private labeling products to market (PL Business)
