- Should be technically sound enough to quide / handle the technical team on design co-ordination.
- Should be capable of planning and executing the job with tight time constraints and able to lead facade package in a project from conception to completion.
- Should be able to come up with acceleration and delay cover up programs upon requirements.
- To manage material approval, technical submittals & method statements based on site specifications & industry standards.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects based on the organizational requirements.
- Candidates should have the ability to form a team of his own with available resources and train them to be efficient in their respective roles.
- To co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives and authorities for necessary approval, commercial issues and to ultimately maintain harmony in site throughout the project span.
- To involve in preconstruction engineering and to foresee potential issues and to fix them prior design & construction to avoid unforeseen delays.
