Lead and manage all Total Facilities Management operations, including Hard Services (MEP systems) and Soft Services
Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all building systems and infrastructure
Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain high standards
Manage all MEP equipment, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance
Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and service quality standards
Manage service providers, contracts, and SLAs to ensure cost efficiency and performance excellence
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks in line with HSE regulations
Plan and control budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives
Lead and develop FM teams, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure effective handling of client requests, complaints, and continuous service improvement
Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices
Utilize CAFM systems for reporting, asset management, and operational efficiency
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative FM solutions
