We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead and manage all financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate will develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, manage budgets and cash flow, oversee audits, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure effective cash flow and fund management
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS standards
• Lead internal and external audits
• Implement cost-control measures to optimize efficiency
• Guide improvements in ERP and accounting systems
• Provide financial insights and risk assessments to the Board and CEO
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
