About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic FMCG Sales Executive based in Riyadh to drive growth in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and leverage market analysis to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market
Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional support
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads
Required Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industry
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Technical proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques
Fluency in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite
In-depth knowledge of the Riyadh FMCG market
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region
Additional language skills (e.g., Urdu, Tagalog)
