About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee and enhance all human resources functions for our Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Saudi labor law
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and conduct investigations when necessary
Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
Advise leadership on compensation, benefits, and organizational development strategies
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development plans
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development
Proven experience designing and managing performance management systems
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD
Experience working within multinational organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
Experience leading organizational change and development initiatives
