- Independently manage end-to-end delivery of large and multiple small/mid-sized implementation projects.
- Act as the single point of contact for client engagements on assigned projects.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with offshore teams for both functional and technical aspects of implementations.
- Conduct detailed requirement studies, gap analysis, and fit-gap workshops.
- Configure and implement modules using Microsoft’s standard implementation methodology and best practices.
- Prepare and review all core documentation including:
- Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
- Functional Design Document (FDD)
- Training Manuals
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
- Conduct user training sessions, support UAT cycles, and ensure business users are aligned with system capabilities.
