Independently manage end-to-end delivery of large and multiple small/mid-sized implementation projects.Act as the single point of contact for client engagements on assigned projects.Handle day-to-day coordination with offshore teams for both functional and technical aspects of implementations.Conduct detailed requirement studies, gap analysis, and fit-gap workshops.Configure and implement modules using Microsoft’s standard implementation methodology and best practices.Prepare and review all core documentation including:Functional Requirement Document (FRD)Functional Design Document (FDD)Training ManualsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) scriptsConduct user training sessions, support UAT cycles, and ensure business users are aligned with system capabilities.
