We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Steward to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, washing utensils, and ensuring hygiene standards are followed at all times. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping the kitchen organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls, and storage spaces

• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain garbage areas

• Assist in basic food preparation when required

• Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely

• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards as per health regulations

• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy hours

• Store cleaned items properly in designated areas

• Report any maintenance, breakage, or hygiene issues to the supervisor

• Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and inform when stock is low
