Role Overview

These roles are responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality General Assembly operations, including:

• Production coordination, manpower planning, and KPI delivery
• Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance leadership
• Process engineering, line balancing, Yamazumi, and quality control
• Technical support to shop-floor teams
• Root cause analysis, downtime reduction, TPM, and OEE improvement
• Leading Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Training, mentoring, and developing teams

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields
• Strong experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing
• Prior exposure to General Assembly operations preferred
• Leadership experience required for Team Leader / Group Leader / Shift Leader roles
