We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with procurement experience to provide administrative support and assist in purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks efficiently while supporting procurement processes, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations and provide secretarial support
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Procurement Duties:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Prepare purchase orders and track orders
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery, and product details
Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Experience in procurement or purchasing processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
