Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with web design and knowledge of web design principles (UI/UX, responsive design).
Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work, including both print and digital designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Brand Development: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand client needs and deliver design solutions that meet those objectives.
Content Creation: Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign ideas, ensuring designs align with marketing strategies.
Editing & Refining: Edit and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring designs are polished and meet client expectations.
Multimedia Design: Create compelling visuals that may include illustrations, typography, infographics, and video graphics to enhance communication efforts.
Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
