Lead and supervise a team of between 12 and 24 technicians with one or two foremen
Supervise FM work related to MEP and civil works
Supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, low current and ICT technicians as well as civil craftsmen (carpentry, masonry, painting, other building finishing trades)
Prepare the job environment for teams, plan work, arrange resources, monitor work execution
Inspect and verify the quality of finished work
Prepare method statements for work permits
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks accordingly
Monitor and witness commissioning of all new installations
Analyze performance and prepare reports to project managers
Propose corrective actions
Document and keep records of all planned and executed works
Ensure quality standards are preserved and health and safety regulations are respected
