Role Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, operations, logistics, and service teams. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, timely issue resolution, and building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and partners across Norden’s Safety, Security, ICT, and Power Systems divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and channel partners
2. Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, documentation, and post-sales support
3. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Service teams
4. Track orders and follow up on customer complaints, service requests, RMAs, and warranty cases
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in CRM systems
6. Ensure timely communication and closure of customer issues
7. Support customer retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups
8. Assist management during critical customer escalations and key projects
