About the Role:
We are seeking a warm and attentive Hostess to welcome guests and manage reservations at our upscale restaurant in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Manage reservation system, maintain accurate waitlists, and handle walk-ins
Provide guests with menus, explain daily specials, and answer menu-related questions
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely seating and table turnover
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a tidy and organized host station, entryway, and waiting area
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience as a hostess, front desk associate, or similar hospitality role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, confident demeanor with a professional appearance
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation software
Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment
Knowledge of additional languages
Certification in hospitality or customer service training
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
