About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels to meet aggressive growth targets and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing strategies for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels
Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to achieve KPIs
Perform ongoing A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize ad performance
Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align messaging and maximize conversion rates
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution by working with analytics and development teams
Manage relationships with external vendors and media platforms
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within an agency or in-house setting
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4)
Solid understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion tracking
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimization plans
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification
Experience with programmatic DSPs and retargeting platforms
Basic SQL or data-querying skills to extract and analyze large datasets
Familiarity with the GCC/MENA digital advertising landscape
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page edits
Fluency in Arabic
