Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring aligned with hospital requirements.
Handle licensing and credentialing processes for healthcare professionals in compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, QID documentation, and HR databases accurately.
Process payroll in line with Qatar’s Wage Protection System (WPS), including salaries, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, immigration procedures, and internal HR policies.
Manage employee lifecycle activities such as probation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling in coordination with hospital operations.
Support performance management, training initiatives, HR audits, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
