The HR Lead will be responsible for managing all facets of the HR function, aligning human capital strategies
with business goals. This role includes driving talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws,
managing compensation frameworks, leading employee engagement, and supporting organizational

- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety regulations.

- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters.
