About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in our Jeddah office. You will oversee payroll processing, manage our ERP-based HR system, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage and optimize the HR module within the company’s ERP system
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor regulations
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Coordinate performance management, training, and development programs
Advise leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven expertise in HR payroll processes and systems
Hands-on experience managing an ERP-based HR system
Strong operations management and organizational skills
Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent
Experience working in a multinational company in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English and Arabic
Familiarity with performance management and talent development frameworks
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting tools
