Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's human resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives. The role oversees the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, Employee welfare, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
The HR Manager will partner with operational leaders to ensure a productive, engaged, and legally compliant workforce while supporting large-scale manpower mobilization across multiple client sites and business units.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth plans.
Partner with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor HR trends, workforce analytics, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Develop annual manpower plans in coordination with business units.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and site-based positions.
Build talent pipelines for security personnel, facilities management staff, technical employees, administrative staff, and management positions.
Coordinate overseas and local recruitment campaigns.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Ensure employees complete all joining formalities and mandatory documentation.
Manage probation evaluations, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations.
Implement and monitor the organization's performance management system.
Support managers in setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
Identify training needs through competency assessments and operational requirements.
Develop annual training plans and budgets.
Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and employee documentation.
Support effective workforce planning for multiple client locations.
