HR Manager – Key Responsibilities
Lead senior and executive-level recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, updating HR policies as required.
Drive Emiratization initiatives, government alignment, and local talent pipelines.
Oversee payroll accuracy, salary reviews, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Lead employee engagement, learning & development, and leadership initiatives.
Develop retention and succession strategies to reduce attrition.
