HR Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior and executive-level recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, updating HR policies as required.

• Drive Emiratization initiatives, government alignment, and local talent pipelines.

• Oversee payroll accuracy, salary reviews, benefits, and statutory compliance.

• Lead employee engagement, learning & development, and leadership initiatives.

• Develop retention and succession strategies to reduce attrition.

• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
