Experience

- Be able to independently implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP in a catering and camp environment
- Able to conduct kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation and camp facilities audits and produce reports independently
- Able to audit and assess food raw material suppliers
- Able to conduct in-house hygiene related training to food handlers
- Able to maintain HACCP related records and documents
- Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
- Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans,
- Emergency response procedures/plans and site-specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
- Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Awareness of practical H2S control measures. Ability to conduct HSE inspections
- Ability to understand and implement incident reporting
