Experience

  • Be able to independently implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP in a catering and camp environment
  • Able to conduct kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation and camp facilities audits and produce reports independently
  • Able to audit and assess food raw material suppliers
  • Able to conduct in-house hygiene related training to food handlers
  • Able to maintain HACCP related records and documents
  • Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
  • Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans,
  • Emergency response procedures/plans and site-specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
  • Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
  • Awareness of practical H2S control measures. Ability to conduct HSE inspections
  • Ability to understand and implement incident reporting
