Portfolio Analysis & Reporting ● Performance Oversight: Lead comprehensive portfolio reporting across all holdings, focusing on performance, asset allocation, and liquidity. ● Executive Dashboards: Prepare periodic dashboards and detailed portfolio reviews to facilitate management and investment committee discussions. ● Cash Management: Oversee cash balances and funding requirements across various accounts to ensure smooth execution of portfolio activities. ● Active Daily Portfolio Tracking: Responsible for the active daily tracking of Stop Losses (SLs) and Take Profits (TPs) for all investments and equities. Provide immediate alerts to management upon triggers to ensure timely decision-making. Investment Operations & Administration ● Account Management: Manage the full lifecycle of account administration, including account opening, KYC updates, and ongoing documentation with private banks, custodians, and brokers. ● Transaction Support: Handle all investment paperwork, transaction processing, and rigorous record-keeping. ● Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to maintain accuracy across all investment accounts. Research & Strategy Support ● Investment Committee (IC) Documentation: Ensure every investment made is tracked with a dedicated IC note detailing the rationale for the investment. These notes will serve as the basis for deliberation when a security reaches predefined price levels (up or down). ● Market Research: Conduct market and investment research and benchmark opportunities against portfolio goals. ● Equity Tracking: Specifically track the India Equity portfolio with high accuracy to support Investment Committee (IC) decision-making. ● Liaison Management: Act as the primary operational liaison with Relationship Managers at international and Indian brokers and private banks.
