Job description:
Technical Support Responsibilities:
Ø Install, configure and maintain servers, PCs, peripherals, IT tools/equipment, software, antivirus, patches.
Ø Implement and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Ø Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Ø Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall configuration and management
Ø Ensuring data security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Ø Implement software updates, patches, and security fixes to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
Ø Perform regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scanning.
Ø Experience handling ADHICS Audit requirements in compliance with Department of Health – Abu Dhabi standards
Ø Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
Ø Endpoint and device management (Windows, laptops, security policies)
Ø Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights under guidance.
Ø Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and biometric devices.
Ø Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Ø Manage email security systems and domain protection solutions, including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, to safeguard against phishing, spoofing, and unauthorized email use.
Ø Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
