Role Summary

The HR Head will be responsible for leading the entire human resources function across India and Dubai operations, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth. This role requires a seasoned HR leader with strong exposure to the construction / infrastructure sector, capable of managing large, multicultural, and blue-collar heavy workforces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR strategy across India and UAE

• Drive talent management, leadership hiring, and succession planning

• Oversee employee lifecycle management

• Manage industrial relations (IR) and blue-collar workforce

• Lead manpower planning for projects

• Drive Learning & Development initiatives

• Strengthen employee engagement and culture

• Ensure compliance with Indian and UAE labor laws

• Act as advisor to promoter / leadership team

• Build scalable HR processes and systems
