Job Title: Design & Application Engineer – Bellows / Expansion Joints (Oil & Gas / Power)

Job Summary:
Design and application engineering of metallic bellows and expansion joint systems for critical piping applications in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors. Responsible for engineering calculations, proposal preparation, customer interface, and technical support throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with industry codes and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed design and stress calculations of bellows/expansion joints in accordance with relevant standards such as EJMA, ASME Section VIII, and ASME B31.3.

• Prepare techno-commercial cost estimates and competitive proposals based on client specifications, project scope, and RFQs.

• Develop General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and submit for customer approval, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

• Participate in technical clarification meetings with EPC contractors and end users to finalize design and project scope.

• Provide technical support during order execution, including design validation, document review, and resolution of site or manufacturing queries.

• Contribute to engineering design standardization and optimization (EDS), achieving cost savings and improved product performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
