Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end management of landscape and swimming pool projects (luxury, commercial & residential).

· Attend pre-commercial meetings and represent the company in front of clients and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with internal teams including designers, estimators, engineers, and business development.

· Ensure timely and high-quality planning and execution of all landscaping and swimming pool works.

· Monitor project schedules, budget, resources, and quality control on-site.

· Maintain client communication, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations.

· Supervise social media and marketing campaigns related to the landscaping division.

· Prepare and present project updates, reports, and progress documentation to top management.

· Drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in all landscape execution.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 8-9 years of experience in the landscaping industry (swimming pools, hardscape, softscape).

· At least 5 years of proven Dubai/UAE experience in leading landscape and pool projects.

· Strong understanding of luxury villa, residential, and commercial project execution.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Effective team leadership and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of local regulations, DM approvals, and HSE standards.

· Ability to handle pressure and join immediately.
