1. Strategic Responsibilities
Execute infrastructure operational plans aligned with organizational and service delivery objectives.
Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies; recommend and drive improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic inputs to enhance infrastructure policies, standards, and operational frameworks.
2. Operational Responsibilities
Oversee infrastructure monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure proactive issue detection.
Lead and manage the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents; act as the primary escalation point.
Ensure infrastructure performance meets agreed SLAs and defined service levels.
Conduct and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for major or non‑recurring incidents.
Review and approve infrastructure-related changes, ensuring proper risk mitigation and minimal service disruption.
Coordinate change scheduling, communicate with stakeholders, and perform detailed risk assessments.
Manage vendor relationships including SLAs, AMC contracts, service escalations, and performance reviews.
Collaborate closely with internal delivery, IT, and security teams to ensure aligned operations.
Identify infrastructure risks and propose mitigation and prevention strategies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and industry‑specific compliance standards.
Provide periodic operational reports, dashboards, and risk updates to senior leadership.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date infrastructure documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and configuration records.
Support internal and external audits, capacity planning, and knowledge‑transfer initiatives.
3. People Management Responsibilities

Foster collaboration, accountability, transparency, and operational discipline within the team.
B. Career Planning & Development
Guide and mentor direct reports by providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
Provide inputs on performance appraisals, promotions, bonuses, and developmental recommendations.
Facilitate succession planning for critical and strategic roles within the team.
Monitor progress and support skill enhancement, training needs, and knowledge growth.
Support leadership and capability‑building initiatives as defined by organizational guidelines.
Contribute to performance evaluations and incentive recommendations for project team members.

Drive high levels of employee engagement, retention, and team morale.
