Lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Develop and maintain procurement strategies and plans in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with project teams, engineering, and construction groups to ensure alignment and effective communication of procurement requirements.
Review and approve procurement documentation, including RFQs, technical bids, and supplier quotations.
Monitor procurement progress and resolve any issues or delays in material deliveries.
Manage and track procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory and contractual standards and requirements.
Lead the procurement team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
Participate in risk management activities and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place for procurement activities
