Leading the engineering execution of complex offshore facilities—such as Gas compression system, Water Treatment and Disposal System, Substations and associated brownfield/greenfield scopes

Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, subsea, etc.)

Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, offshore standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee engineering execution during FEED and EPC phases

Ensure technical integrity of offshore facilities, including topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.

Monitor engineering progress, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions.

Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, marine teams, and offshore construction

Support offshore construction planning, installation engineering, and readiness reviews.

Lead a team of project engineers and discipline engineers

Prepare engineering status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
