Provide legal advice on KSA Labor Law compliance, including employment contracts, disciplinary
actions, terminations, and employee rights.
Draft, review, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with Saudi labor regulations and
company standards.
Support HR and management in handling employee disputes, grievances, investigations, and
disciplinary procedures.
Review and prepare legal documents such as warnings, notices, settlements, and contractual
amendments.
Represent the company in labor office matters, including mediation, complaints, and legal filings.
Monitor regulatory changes issued by MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and other authorities.
Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Train HR and management teams on labor law updates, compliance requirements, and best
practices.
Ensure proper documentation for employee relations cases, investigations, and legal processes.
Support contract drafting and review for vendors, consultants, and service providers when
required.
