You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while leading a team of local and international engineers.Manage and oversee energy and water projects, ensuring high-quality execution.Develop power plant concepts and lead the tendering process for industrial and utility projects.Coordinate and lead a diverse team of engineers.Monitor project progress using advanced management tools and ensure compliance with regulations.Optimize budgets and resources while maintaining quality standards.

Lead and manage the implementation of utility-scale BESS projects with expertise in EPC, Supplier, and BoP strategies.Lead the design and implementation of renewable generation control system applications for KSA and Gulf region projects.Design, implement, and test various components of the renewable generation control system, including overall power plant control for PV Solar and BESS sites based on established PSSE models and ISO/RTO requirements.Identify opportunities for product and process improvements and provide valuable suggestions.Support project lifecycle phases, from concept to contract negotiation, for diverse technical consultancy services.Pioneer the design of groundbreaking BESS contracts that establish the benchmark for industry standards, setting new precedents in innovation, reliability and performance.Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external and international stakeholders, contributing to interdisciplinary initiatives.Coordinate asset generation between PV Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).Design systems for BESS and PV Solar, ensuring effective communication through industry standard protocols.Actively participate in business development endeavors to elevate Fichtner's BESS presence and offerings.Embrace site visits and travel as needed during various project stages.Mentor and guide less experienced engineers in renewable control system application design and commissioning.Support customer Factory Acceptance Test and participate in site commissioning and Site Acceptance Test activities.

· Collect and organize relevant data from various sources· Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify patterns, trends, and insights· Develop analytical models and apply statistical techniques to solve business problems· Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations· Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to integrate analytical insights into business strategies effectively
