Standardize and maintain corporate governance frameworks across our Free Zone and Mainland entities, ensuring timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, and regulatory permits.
Act as the primary legal point of contact for the global parent company, ensuring local and regional operations align with global compliance standards and reporting lines.
Manage high-value BPO Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, and complex Statements of Work (SOWs) for local and regional clients, ensuring robust risk mitigation, IP protection, and liability management in line with the relevant laws.
Review and standardize procurement contracts with third-party vendors and technology providers to ensure back-to-back liability protection.
Safeguard the company’s and clients' intellectual property within the BPO delivery model across different jurisdictions.
Implement and monitor data privacy frameworks to manage cross-border data flows inherent in BPO operations.
Monitor legal changes in the UAE, advising the global team on all local risks related to any changes to the relevant laws.
Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.
Manage legal aspects of the BPO workforce, including MOHRE compliance for mainland entities and specific Free Zone labor regulations.
Manage any local labour or commercial disputes, supervising external counsel to ensure cost-effective and favorable resolutions
Language & Competencies
Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for global reporting and complex drafting.
Must be a native Arabic speaker.
