Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the HR and administration department, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures, including employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Managing the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving HR-related matters.
Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, and leading the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Managing employee development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and supporting career development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety standards, and facilitating audits and inspections as required.
Managing and maintaining employee records, HRIS systems, and other HR-related databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Lead and manage Emiratization initiatives, including compliance, engagement, and development of UAE national employees
Handle GPSSA processes and ensure proper administration for UAE national employees (100+ staff)
Overseeing office administration tasks, including maintenance of office facilities, supplies, security, and vendor management.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws, and implementing necessary updates to HR and administration policies and practices.
