The person will be handling an IC role in HR operations and Strategic HR role. Managing HR Policies and Procedures , Recruitment across all level, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, Diversity , coordinating with key stakeholders, Training & Development, Strategic HR and Business Support, HR Framework and Policies and Compensation Benchmarking.
