Purpose:
- This position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies, ensuring optimal workforce utilization & alignment with business objectives.
Job Summary:
- The incumbent goal is to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform workforce planning decisions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives & regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Job Analysis:
- Conduct job analysis to identify key responsibilities, tasks, and performance standards for each role.
- Perform workload analysis to determine workload requirements and capacity gaps.
- Develop workload plans and forecasts to inform staffing decisions & ensure optimal resource allocation.
Staffing Planning and Budgeting:
- Create staffing plans aligned with business objectives, workforce forecasts, and budget constraints.
- Assist in HR budgets, including workforce costs, training expenses, and benefits.
- Assist and manage workforce budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
Workload Management and Optimization:
- Conduct workload planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize capacity gaps.
- Analyze workload trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and productivity gains.
- Implement workload management strategies to optimize resource utilization and achieve business objectives.
Job Description and Organizational Management:
- Develop and maintain accurate & up-to-date job descriptions, reflecting key responsibilities and performance standards.
- Ensure organizational structures and job roles are aligned with business objectives & workforce plans.
- Manage organizational changes, including job re-design, role consolidation, and restructuring initiatives.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Provide regular reports and analytics on workforce planning, staffing, and budgeting to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all workforce planning & management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce data and documentation to support auditing & compliance requirements.
Other Tasks:
- Job descriptions are written to reflect major accountabilities and will not describe all the tasks which may be performed by an individual. The incumbent shall perform any additional related duties assigned by the respective line manager to meet operational requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of field related experience in HR (OD) or workforce planning preferably with 3-4 years GCC experience in a supervisor/lead role within a highly reputed company.
Certificates & Trainings:
- Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP).
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
- Workforce Analysis.
