Manage end-to-end recruitment of marine crew (Officers & Ratings) for various vessel types (Bulk, Tankers, Containers, Offshore, etc.)

Source candidates through databases, referrals, maritime job portals, and agencies

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, certifications, and experience

Verify certificates, licenses, and documentation as per STCW and flag state requirements

Coordinate with manning agencies, training centers, and internal stakeholders

Maintain and update crew database and recruitment records

Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, and company policies

Handle crew mobilization, deployment planning, and joining formalities

Liaise with operations and fleet teams for crew requirements

Conduct background checks and reference verification

Monitor crew availability and plan timely replacements
